The program will encourage leaders to improve their ability to build trust, respect, & mobilise morale in their teams, with the main goal of minimising the negative psychological impacts of major emergency and disaster events. The program will have many benefits for both the organisation and the people involved, and those who experience it will have the opportunity to develop invaluable life skills. Course commences at 8:30am - 4:30pm Location: Club Central Hurstville - 2 Crofts Ave, Hurstville Dress code is casual Morning tea, Lunch & afternoon tea provided ** Pre learning material will be sent you prior to course commencement. Please complete the EdApp prior to attending the program.
